Killin' It Daily AKA: @KIDENZOE

Illusion Apparel: What’s your favorite thing about your craft?
Kidenzo: My favorite thing about breaking and playing the saxophone is simply
the music. Music is the foundation, and thereafter the possibilities are just
endless.

IA: How long have you been working on your craft?
KE: I’ve been playing music since I was a kid, at least 15-20 years.

IA: How did you get started?
KE: I got started in my hometown of New Jersey.

IA: Who or what are your current inspirations?
KE: My current inspirations are everywhere. I’m inspired by art, which you can see in my Instagram videos. I’m inspired by other musicians and dancers. In
my videos that I share I always try to encapsulate elements of either myself
playing music and someone else dancing, or myself dancing and someone else
playing music, or all of the above. And that’s the beauty of creating music and
cool content. Its different and a new experience every time.

IA: What are your other interests?
KE: My other interests are skating and producing music. It always goes back to music. I play a little bit of piano and use audio programs such as Ableton to
make new sounds and beats.

IA: What do you define ‘illusion’?
KE: The word “illusion” to me, means something that is cool, but you don’t necessarily know how it works, which makes it mysterious and even cooler.

IA: How do you break illusions in your craft?
KE: Illusion Apparel stands for going beyond our current ‘reality’ and breaking any limited beliefs of oneself, and I would say I stand for the same, in a sense that my ideas with music and dance have gone beyond my reality and
expectations. But it all started with just an idea in which I didn’t limit myself to
make it true.
